What we are looking for?

We are looking for an advanced materials science solution to overcome the limitations of current liners in the crushing and transport process.

The primary objectives are:

  • Improving asset life cycle
  • To extend the wear life of the liners.
  • To simultaneously withstand high impact, severe abrasion, and localized chemical corrosion.

How will we evaluate your solution?

The success of the solution will be evaluated based on:

  • Increasing wear life by at least 10% compared to current plates (ceramic, bimetallic, steel, etc.).
  • Reducing replacement frequency and/or streamlining installation time.
