What we are looking for?

Between 10% and 15% of the material extracted from the mine does not meet the size standards for the crushing process (oversized greater than 1 m3), requiring an additional blasting process. This decreases the productivity of the extraction process, so a technology is needed that provides accurate and objective information about the particle size (granulometry) of the material extracted from the mine.

How will we evaluate your solution?

Accurately characterizing particle size in real-time with a precision level of over 90%.
Ideally, the technology should be adaptable to different mine conditions: during extraction, loading, and at the portal, and should be easy to install and uninstall.
It must operate under conditions of underground mining with low visibility, high humidity, and vibration.
